On May 15, 2009, Durham Police responded to an armed robbery at RBC Bank, located at 2313 East NC Hwy 54. The suspect entered the bank and brandished a firearm while demanding money. The suspect, a white male, wearing red ball cap fled in a gray Nissan Altima with an undisclosed amount of currency.
Investigators from the Durham Police Department and Officers from Cary arrested William Richard Bullock, 51 years of age, of 101 Highfalls Ct Cary, NC. He was charged with Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon.
Mr. Bullock is being held in the Durham County Jail under a $450,000 bond.
