i spent an hour yesterday explaining to someone that a paper jam in their fax machine is not a problem with their voice service. today was spent walking a technician on site through an entire command line configuration. THESE ARE THE PARTY DAYS, PEOPLE…THESE ARE THE PARTY DAYS.
